What are the requirements for foreign student applicants?

• Interactive Recommendation Form (GENERAL ADMISSIONS RECOMMENDATION.pdf)
• Birth Certificate with Apostille
• 2x2 picture with white background 

• Certified true copy of present Report Card with grades from first to third quarter (if enrolled here in the Philippines)

  for college Foreign Student Transferee applicants currently enrolled in the Philippines -

• Copy of Transcript of Records or Certified True copy of Certification of Grades (online grades are not accepted unless certified) 
• Authenticated Scholastic Records (Apostille) (for applicants who studied abroad)
• Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR-Card)
• Clearance Transfer for Foreign Students issued by the International Relations Office or the office handling the international students.
• Interview with the Language Learning Center (LLC)
• Interview with the External Linkages and International Relations Office (ELIRO)
