What are the documentary requirements for incoming Grade 7 applicants?

• PSA Birth Certificate
• 2x2 photo with white background and name tag
• Certified true copy of your most recent report card. 
  Example: If applying for Grade 7 and still in Grade 6, submit your Grade 5 report card. If Grade 6 is completed, submit your Grade 6 report card.
